I believe some locals think a change in the byelaw means that nudity on Corton beach is no longer allowed but actually they've rescinded the one that allowed nudity only on that beach. I gather it does tend to get quite windy but there's a strong local naturist community

I really should have been born on a tropical island

I was at Winterton yesterday and late today. It's a massive beach with naturists dispersed all the way from Winterton to Horsey, but not official so you'll need to be respectful. That said, I never have any problems and managed to walk naked from Winterton right through to Horsey spent a good couple of hours on the beach and then walked all the way back, without having to pull shorts on. Saw a couple of other naturists on the way down, but as it was late they were heading home and I didn't see anyone else. It's always very quiet. It can be breezy but you can get shelter in the dunes at the Horsey end.

Had a fantastic time at Corton this past fortnight. Many thanks to the beach locals for being so friendly.A very nice beach, shame about the idiot who painted "perverts " on the sea defence wall along with "stay away nudist "!. 🙂

Corton beach was a lot cleaner than i thought it might be due to the north sea.Although it can be windy it is fine if you use a windbreak.Nice atmosphere as well.Had a great time there. 🙂

HAD nice afternoon on the beach good few regulars nice southerly brease surprised there were not more people down there.
see what the previous post meant about the slogan on the sea wall but you can read that two ways. the ones that try and use the beach as a "PLAYGROUND"" or strut around with toys are DEFINITELY not welcome.
thankfully there was non of this today
