My suggestion is:
1. Decide if this is what you want to do.
2. Accept that you are who you are and everyone else is who they are.
3. Look at their faces.
4. Undress.
5. Enjoy how fresh air/breeze feels in your body, and if you're lucky the sun.
6. Look forward to the next time!
Don't over analyse - just do it and enjoy it. There will be no bolts of thunder and lightning and if you are in a naked environment and clothed you'll feel out of place.
Many years ago before I really took up the life-style I walked across a naturist beach to get to the shore beyond. I felt most uncomfortable - I felt I was a voyeur. Later when I did go naked on that same beach I felt totally at ease.

Well its no different from when you go to any other beach where you take of your clothes and put on your swimwear. Oh except from the last part.
