Calblanque beach is near to Cartagena and is only about a 10 minute drive and a 15 minute walk from where I stay in Playa Paraiso. The beaches are wide, sandy and unspoilt, there are no services i.e. no toilets, bars and shops, and you need to take food and water with you. The good part is it is a very beautiful beach with golden sand and small coves and the sea is crystal clear. I go there nearly every day just lying in the sun reading and taking a swim to cool off.

Agree, it is a lovely spot. We were staying nearby a few years ago in March and were pleasantly surprised how warm it was for relaxing in the buff. The water was a bit fresh however. It was very quiet at that time of year.

We love Calblanque too.  It has to be one of the best beaches anywhere!  We visit it most years.  Its interesting to see how the Spanish don't bother to go to the fully naturist bay, but strip off as soon as they get on the nearest bit of beach.  We were pleasantly surprised by the new security this year, as the car park was littered with broken glass from car windows on our last visit, making us a trifle nervous about leaving our vehicle!
