It is interesting that you say it is your first experience of public nudity. I look forward to meeting you at Telford I will be in the old Avondale with my Grey Mondeo. Hopefully we can arrange some sports or games to enhance the chat and laughter. I see there is a quiz on at the club at 8 pm on saturday which clashes with the English Rugby. I suppose it would be impolite of me not to attend the quiz as they will have given us there hospitality, After all its only Wales.

Is Suntreckers solely for caravans, or is it possible to join with only a tent ?
As I understand it Pegleg, Suntreckers will happily receive tents.
As well as motor-homes and trailer-tents.
Their primacy is naturism rather than accommodation.

I have been to a local swim, on three occasions; but whilst in the presence of others, it was necessarily in a swimming pool, and specifically declared a Private Event: and in the company of relative strangers.
I appreciate that Telford will be within the confines of a private club, but the environment will be entirely different - and in that sense it will be a 'first' for me. The significant difference is that I will be amongst people whom I have in many cases become friends with, or at least familiar, within the Chatroom and the Forums.

We have just had 2 wonderful Suntrecker rallies in France at La Petite Brenne and Le Fiscalou . We are now down at Cap d,Agde , not on another rally , but there are 7 Suntreckers down here.Suntreckers is for Caravans/motor homes/trailer tents and tents .There are rallies throughout the year including winter rallies (not really for sunbathing !) with some winter rallies taking in local swimnights.

I'm currently in Cap D'Agde too. I've been speaking with a couple from Suntreckers over the course of the last couple of days. I'll take a look on the Suntreckers website as it could be a group that I'd be interested in joining.

As mentioned by jfo, Suntreckers welcomes folk with all types of unit, including tents.
They stay at various types of sites such as sun clubs, established camping grounds and farmers field sites. However, a point to note is that rallies held on field sites may not have any toilet facilities and you'd need to have your own.
The members handbook will indicate for each rally whether you'll need to be self-sufficient with your own loo or not.
It's possible to get to some great places with Suntreckers, including the ever popular international rallies - next year (2016) will include France, Luxembourg, Austria, Croatia and Spain. The international rallies are all held at recognised naturist resorts or clubs, so no need to have your own toilet.
