Does anyone know f details to benar campsite at Morfa dyffryn, looking for somewhere for summer hols, but cannot find a website or details of hookup or prices
Google Benar Beach campsite, it will take you to a link on UKcampsite. We stayed there for a long weekend for the BN beach day, but I think that was about 8 years ago. The naturist area then didn't have any electric hook-ups. Can't remember much else though we enjoyed ourselves.
I looked into it last summer - it seems its just a walled off section of the site - all facilities [loos/ showers] are in the main part - so you have to get dressed to go for a shower [rather counter intuitive]. Some people post quite favourably about it though
I really should have been born on a tropical island
We have been quite a lot of times and love it. The only thing that stopped us is we now have a dog, ........no dogs with-in the naturist area. If I remember correct it has limited ehu and there is showers just outside the walled area so a robe is needed. Short walk to the beach although the naturist part is a mile or so to the north (well it seems a mile) I would recommend going to the campsite.
I love an all over tan
The walled area is still there passed it a few weeks ago reminiscing of time spent there for a BN beach day about 10 years ago when there was a thunder box in the naturist area for toilet and standpipe for water.
David was owner and walked around everyday and was quite pleasant especially if you can speak welsh.
Enjoyed our week stay there 🙂
Yes it's quite a walk to naturist section of beach. 🙁

You can see the naturist walled area.
I have not stayed there for a few years now.
Last time I went stayed at Islawrrffordd holiday park so textile unless at the beach 🙁
I was heard David had extended the naturist section and was putting facilities in the naturist section, but I have not heard from anyone if he ever finished the facilities.
It is a quick walk to the beach then about a mile (20mins) to the naturist section. Roughly where the airstrip is.
We have a dog so it seems to rule it out, looks were off to craft.

We popped in for a look last Sunday. The naturist area is a walled area on the left as you pull into the site, there is then an additional high walled area off it. The only facilities are in the textile area and they looked a bit shabby and in need of a paint.

Was it busy? We've heard that there's no 240v hook ups in the naturist section?
Always looking for friends.

Their weren't any hook ups that we could see, there was one caravan in the first field and just a car with someone sunbathing in the high walled area

Do you really need a hook-up for naturist stays in warm places?
With a gas fridge and cooking a solar panel gave us all the electricity we needed for lighting, computer and phone/camera charging.
