I've been happy walking naked around the house for many years. The last few years I've ventured out into the garden and really enjoyed being in the fresh open air without my clothes. The only time I've been nude outdoors with some one else was with my partner in the hot tub.
I am nervous about being naked with others in public but I'm ready and eager to try. It is something I've thought about for sometime
Hi John, I expect we all had a few nerves the first time we made our debut in public. There is the thought that everyone is watching but of course they arent. Have you thought about where to try? My first time was abroad and I think many others will be the same. Another possibility is a naturist swim, these seem to be very friendly and you should soon settle. Either way I wish you good luck I am sure you will enjoy it once you take that first plunge
Hi, thank you for your advice. I've thought of trying a swim club and hoping to find one near me. I'm going to Tenerife in August and the hotel has a naturist area, think I will Go public there if I don't try before
The first time when one is naked with other people can be daunting. However, in a naturist situation, when everyone else is in the nude, it can be very liberating. Most nudists are not too judgemental about other people's bodies and nobody is perfect, but that feeling of air all over the skin is just wonderful, especially when shared with others. I hope that you will soon experience this with your partner in the company of others.

A foreign beach will be a great place to start. I am certain that after a few minutes when you realise how relaxed everyone is about being naked you will feel just the same. And believe me you havent swum until you have swum naked.
We've all had that first moment but honestly - fear not, there will be no crash of thunder and all will be well. In a naturist environment everything shifts and being clothed will make you feel the odd one out.
Don't delay or you'll be like many of us regretting we didn't take the plunge sooner.

One of the best things I've ever done social nudity so confidence building , once you've over come the nerves you'll be fine , just remember we are all the same just different shapes , enjoy
