Hello All,
So i had my first ever naked experience saturday last at the sleaford swim... and it was exhilarating!! everyone there was very friendly and accepting and it was nice to actually join in and chat with others.
Have to say that i nearly had some sort of coronary / aneurysm from nerves on the drive up there ;D and waiting for it to open but I stayed confident and as everyone always says after 5 minutes the nerves were gone.
I was however proven right on one of my primary fears... i did notice that i was one of the.... smallest guys there :-[ I have heard and read that apparently theres not much size difference from when a guy is unaroused to when he is aroused... i say thats rubbish because (being a polite as possible here) in my sex life.. when aroused I've never had any complaints.. but unaroused you would never believe it .. especially when the cool water and cold air shrinkage is factored in.. :- Fortunately I can get past this because i know that everyone is different and Im able to accept my flaws and learnt a long time ago how to laugh at myself... I would be lying though if i said it didn't cross my mind a lot that night.
Unfortunately my wife did not come along as she has decided that naturisum is not for her. But in support of my new found freedom she is happy to come along to clothing optional events so we will be attending sleaford again on the 10th December with our 2 sons. i am hopeful that since she has never been she might find that it is for her but at the moment she is pretty adamant and of course i have to respect her wishes.
all in all, Im glad i gave it a try and im looking forward to many more events and meet ups in the years to come.
Re your wife Don't try and push her into naturism, let her find her own way. That's what i did. The first time was when we were at La Jenny and she said let's go for a walk. She hasn't looked back since then.
Hi just been reading your post is always the first time that can be nerve racking .Naturism is about being happy in your own skin and being happy with what you are and who you are other genuine naturists will accept that .Size of whatever male or female areas does not matter ( there has been a long running saga of size in members cafe if you want to check it out ) just be yourself !! Being naked for me is just about getting on with everyday things and not even noticing that you are naked. there is plenty of like minded people here on NC wit plenty of support and advice .Going to a clothes optional with your good lady she might just come around and join you after seeing it at first hand - good luck.
Well done - Sleaford pool is a great place - most will be impressed with the facilities.
Re your wife - great that she is happy to come along to CO and I think its a pitty partners cannot remain CO all the time (but at least one partner must be nude to ensure textiles don't take over and make the nudists feel uncomfortable).
Re penis size - naturally its a concern but any true nudist knows that a flaccid penis size varies great depending on temperature / blood flow etc and nudist events are not about look at my great body - just the opposite.
Maxumus I am very glad you enjoyed your experience with us. 10 December is costume optional all night at the poolside party so if you wife would like to come along she would be more than welcome.

On the size issue i meant to add in my original post that i guess another angle to look at it from.... is the angle that you look at it from... 😮 I've often thought that what a guy sees of himself looking down is different to how someone else sees him. certainly in a full length mirror i feel better about myself... and like someone said of themselves in a post in members cafe... what i have was good enough to father 3 kids.
just thought i would mention that in case it comforts any other readers.
You are lucky that you can see it by looking down -am suffering from a bit of the old middle age spread and one too many pies so cannot see it without a mirror - but as the wife keeps telling me " your not missing much " 🙁 lol.
