Our first time was a number of years ago while on holidays in Menorca, we came across a nudist beach one day while having a walk, thought why not and tried it as we had our towels etc with us. Found it strangely normal and liberating if honest.

From another pair of Welshies, liberating is a very good description of how we feel when we're au naturel. We joined Western Swimming Club, in Chepstow, a few months ago and so look forward to our Friday evenings. A lovely way to wind down and start the weekend.
