One of the attractions is a selection of long walks from the site that you can do nude. In the end, we decided against it because it is quite remote, so would have made exploring by car (which we enjoy) difficult, but it sounds ideal for a short stay.

For a site I cannot but recommend El Templo del Sol at L'Hospitalet de l'infant' in Catalonia.  Situated about an hours drive south of Barcelona it is easy to access not only that city but also the beautiful one of Tarragona.  Plenty of hiking available in in the beautiful close-by mountains but also the Els Ports Natural Park about an hour south where I have often walked myself.  I would offer to guide you myself but unfortunately nowadays due to diabetes my legs are not as good as they were.  Also within the same area there is the Natural Park of the Ebro Delta, a haven for water fowl.  An excellent guide to the Els Ports is Walking in the Mountains of Southern Catalonia by Phil and Vivien Freakley

I've not been there myself, but note Templo del Sol gets very mixed reactions on another thread on this forum, and on Tripadvisor.

anybody know of naked walks in the Santa Pola area of Alicante 🙂

Been looking at trails along the beaches of Cabo de Gata and they seem perfect for nude hiking.  Has anyone hiked these nude?  It seems that you could hike these nude straight from the car.

We are planning a trip to Spain this summer and are trying to find information on any areas that are popular and scenic nude hiking trails.  We are very active naturists and enjoy nude hiking, climbing, camping, running etc.  Though we also enjoy relaxing on nude beaches, spas, and hot springs.  We are planning on spending most of our time on the mediterranean coast but may take a day trip in to Madrid and may start in Seville and end in Barcelona. We will have a car.  Any information on areas and specific trails and sites to see and do would be great help in our planning.  Thus far beaches are easy to find but hikes and other activities seem to be difficult to find.  We do plan on trying to get to el portus to do some nude climbing though and we've heard that there are some nude trail use in cabo de gata and serra d'irta but just no details.

cabo de Gata has some nice beaches and I am sure you could hike there. Beaches to the east of Mazarron are ok too and I walked there with no problems

We are planning a trip to Vera in May and are looking for recommendations and information on hikes that can be done in the nude in the area. We have looked at Cabo de Gata as well as west of Bolnuevo in Mazarrón and perhaps Sierra Almagrera (Very sparse info on this one). We would love to know about the frequency of nudity in those hikes, risks and general attitudes.

Also would love to hear tips and experiences form people who may have done them in the past.
