I have recently changed the email address that I use to log into my flickr account. Since I have done this is am unable to access flickr via the app on my tablet. I can still get on to flickr via the website, but the mobile version won't work. Oddly I can still use the mobile app on my phone with the new log in.

I had the same issue. Delete the app. Re-download and re-start. You will also need to delete the yahoo app if you use that as they link (if you have an Android tablet as on iOS it was fine).
