Fantastic beach we go loads of times throughout the year. It's always crowded by the entrance to the beach but walk 500 yards on the dog beach side and there's loads of room, I believe if you take the route towards the lighthouse and cross the island to the other side and walk 1/2 a mile or so it's an unofficial nudist beach, likewise if you walk on the dog beach side and walk to the end and around the corner/bay that's unofficial also. But don't just take my word for it, it's only what I've read. Have seen topless women sunbathing and no one bothered.
Dressed or undressed it's a great beach to be on if the weather is nice, so enjoy.
Oh and it's £4 per car per day to park.
