Some lovely beaches in Fuertaventura

Great for winter sun especially January / February times where there are not so many people there

Looking forward to our first visit there in November having enjoyed naturist beaches of Tenerife and Gran Canaria. Looking at guidebooks and reviews it suggests that textile beaches are the exception rather than the rule, some even imply that some beaches give you the freedom to walk for miles clothes free....amazing! I’ll report back on our return.

think those guides are rather exaggerating - beach nudity is accepted except in towns/ in front of hotels. But there are still certain beaches where nudity is more common. The walk for miles one is at the southern end of the island.

I really should have been born on a tropical island

We seriously love Fuerteventura, especially down south where the beaches are very special. A numbe rof the hotels also have a naturist area, but its not really advertised by the travel companies. We can't wait for our next visit.

we love Fuerty, we have been going for 30 years now so have seen so many changes. The island is extremely naturist friendly and has some gorgeous beaches in the south at Jandia. After doing most of the Island we have returned to Corralejo which has the best of everything for us, great naturist beaches at the grande dunes nice nightlife with some great bars and superb places to eat.

Always seems to be our default holiday location. Prefer the north.

We went on a day trip to Fuertaventura from Lanzarote and spent a couple of hours at El Cotillo which we thought was a pleasant change of view from the beaches at Papgayos - and quieter.

We have previously used the H10 Playa Tenerife in Santa Cruz, Tenerife which has a naturist sun terrace, as has the H10 Timanfaya Palace in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote.

Planning Gran Canaria for the first time next spring - looking forward to the Maspalomas beach  8)

We've just got back from the Gran Hotel Natura, superb place, very, very friendly. Met some great folks there, lots of Brits to talk to...a few Dutch as well. Food needs improving though.

They have a new 'chef' who isn't that good, I believe the last one was very good though.

We are going back out to Correlaja in November (15th - 22nd).

Not been in November before, anyone know what the weather is like in November as the online weather checks never reflect reality
