My friend owns a fishing charter boat in Caleta and he reports that it's bleeding cold at the mo. Luckily, I'm going in August. (8th visit).

Yesterday was a bad day but you do get them in winter. At least we didn't get the thunderstorms that one forecast was promising.
This afternoon is back on track though.

We went to Fuerteventura in January a few years ago. For a change we went down South. The rep on the coach said that the weather had been a bit wet , one bonus was the lovely display of wild flowers on the journey down

Such are the vagaries with the weather especially with climatic change.

Think we were really lucky with our week over new year with the weather. Can't wait to go back...  Desperately need some naked time in the sun already.
