Just returned from a thoroughly enjoyable walk in Sherwood Forest, managed to walk naked for about an hour before feeling the cold, car temperature read 6 degrees as I left but with the wind chill felt much colder. There was still frost on the ground in sheltered spots.
I'm beginning to think my dog thinks I'm mad as she gives me some strange looks when I strip off this weather.
Walked straight into a giant bramble and ripped a gash across the top of my thigh, looks like a giant shaving rash. On the plus side it's a good job everything had shrivelled up with the cold or I would have had a Prince Albert otherwise. ::)

I would have gone out today except I had booked myself in for an all day art class. Did you meet anyone? I would have thought there would be one or two people out today. I spent much of the time at art class talking to people about naturism. Not the same as getting out there and enjoying it as you did.

Hi Gildo, yes there were a few dog walkers out but I managed to find a quiet area on the common and didn't bump into anyone until I was dressed again, was a bit nippy to be honest but enjoyable all the same.
Hows the art classes going?

Only managed a half hour on Sunday, was a bit to cold to walk much longer, was only two degrees but a cold wind was blowing. Not venturing out today and ironically I'm off work as it's to cold to lay bricks today, probably be off all week if the forecast is anything to go by.
Roll on Spring.  🙁 🙁

I considered it on Sunday but realised it would probably be too cold. looks like we are going to have to wait a while till it warms up again.

Yes you were right, I was out anyway with the dog as I am every weekend. I had no intention of stripping and even put on a big coat as it was so cold but once out in the open I couldn't resist the urge to strip off, the sun was shining and there weren't many people about the coat just added to what I had to carry in the end.
Enjoyed it all the same though.

That's what happens with me if ever (it dosen't happen very often)I go out with clothes on. Its not long before I just cant resist and my clothes are off and in the bushes somewhere. I have learned though to put them high enough up somewhere as dogs can easily sniff them out if left on the ground.

Whilst I like walking naked in a wood I must be nesh as I only do that when nice and warm.
I do hope no one will suffer frostbite in extremities when walking naked in this "Beast From The East".

Well I can tick March off my list for winter walking, 3/4 of an hour today, 3 degrees snow all around, fantastic....
Also on another note I was walking the dog on Thursday (clothed) it was about minus 8 degrees, I was walking some of the paths I usually walk naked in warmer months which I thought were quiet untrodden paths well at least not much however, I was surprised to see plenty of foot marks in the snow meaning that these paths aren't the hidden gems I first thought them to be. I did note however that most of the tracks were going in the same direction as myself, so not to likely  to bump into anyone.
Will this discovery prevent me walking these paths naked? Not on your life, I'm hooked and that's no lie.

We did a 6 mile walk in Tentsmuir Forest 3 weeks ago. It was below zero for most of the walk but pleasant when out the trees in the sun for a bit. Being the first time we'd done that path I was surprised to find we only passed 5 people over the walk itself. Obviously more busy at the car parks either end but there was a dog race competition on that day. I wish now I had taken the chance to undress for at least part of it, maybe next time.

When I go for a walk in a wood I know the car park always has a few cars in it but most keep to the hardcore track so I veer off onto a grass and sometimes lightly muddy track which hardly anyone uses. If you did see someone plenty of trees and bushes to disappear into.

Oh well, everyone to their own. A lot of people think it is more suspicious to dive into the bushes or trees. The chances are that if you see them then they have seen you and at that stage it is better for your actions to be visible so that you do not appear furtive. If you want to cover up then cover up but there is no need to do it secretively. If I am out walking naked in the open then I don't rush to cover up but do so at a leisurely pace and they can probably see what I am doing. No adverse reaction so far.

Hiding is a double edge sword. On the one hand you could claim in court that you dived out of sight because you did not want to be seen. This could help your defence as it goes some way to prove you had no intention of being seen. On the other hand the question would be why did you feel it necessary to hide if you were simply going about your normal business naked, which is not illegal. The assumption could be that you dived out of the way because you were doing something wrong, and if someone has the impression that you were, you may find it very difficult to convince them that you weren't. Some people can convince themselves that something was happening that wasn't just due to pre conceptions and prejudice. Because they believe what they are saying they make very convincing liars and they are not even aware that they are not telling the truth.
