My first introduction to socvial nudity was thankfully on the Continent when I was a student in Berlin.

A friend won tickets to new swimming baths. We tried all the pools and decided to try the sauna garden out. We soon found out that the sauna was nude and complied. It was a bit embarrassing for a slim Brit at first but we soon relaxed.

It got me over teenage hang-ups about being so slim. It was such a paradox that taking all my clothes off and body issues vanished. I discovered like minded folk who were interested in who we were and not just being prejudiced.

I've never looked back and get nude as much as possible.
