Possible but not a good idea. Stretch between the last hotel and the two big hotels on the beach is fine. I have walked past the two big hotels naked many times but the lifeguards don't like it. Across the road from the beaches in the desert is fine and you can walk a long way naked. Police cars have passed me crossing the road naked in the past and not stopped. I have also walked the town volcano naked and most of the others as well. Also walked the El cortillo area naked.
I have discreetly skinny-dipped from the town centre beach before an early breakfast but it would be definitely frowned upon during the daytime and naked sunbathing is definitely out.
However I have walked naked along the beach from Gran Natura to the closest exit for Campanario and discreetly skinny-dipped from the nearest bit of beach to Infiniti.
There are also reliable reports of people sunbathing naked on the beach between that point and the town centre.

We love Fuerteventura and will be there just after Christmas. We always hire a car and visit beaches north and south although we always stay in the north.
