Our story is the other way around. It was summer 1978 and we were on a driving tour of Denmark. We happened upon a very long and wide beach on the Jutland west coast which we were able to drive on and it looked a good place to have a picnic lunch. We parked and then realised that all the local Vikings in the sea which was out and about 50 metres away were naked. My wife of 2 years said, "That looks good. Let's do the same" and immediately proceeded to undress and scamper off towards the sea. It was me that was uncertain but then quickly thought that if she was happy to be naked in public, then so was I. And so that was the start of 40 years (and counting) of baring all. The photograph I took that day of my young wife is still one of my absolute favourites and brings back very happy memories.
