Managed a Hour and half yesterday, was a bit windy in the open but among the trees and in the sun it was quite nice, quiet too, not a soul about.
It was nice again today so I went for a 9 mile naked walk in Sherwood Forest. I met a few people but everyone was ok. At one point I walked right past the warden and about a dozen of her helpers who are always working on Tuesdays. She bid me a very cheerful Hello and so did some of her helpers.. Later on I met another naturist and we had a little chat before I headed off home. I guess he would have walked past the warden and her crew as well as he was headed towards them when I met him. Another lovely afternoon.
Had another nice 9 mile walk this morning. When I arrived at the parking spot there was a woman probably in her late 30s getting ready to go for a walk who I did not recognise. So I put my wrap on and spoke to her, just to let her know if she hadn't walked the area before that she might encounter one or two naturists. That she should not to be concerned if she saw any because naturists have been walking this area for years and the warden and the police know about it. She thanked me for telling her then started to tell me that she was going through a bad patch with her husband because he is sadistic and he abuses her. She must have told me her life story in the half an hour I stood with her, after a while she told me she was a police officer and she knew it was not illegal to walk naked. It was a very interesting conversation and I established that she would not be concerned if she encountered me while I was naked. I asked he if she would like to walk and talk but she declined because she wanted to try and find a lesser spotted woodpecker. Before I left her she gave me a big hug and thanked me for talking to her and listening to her problems. Its all in a days walk.

Great to hear Gildo of another positive encounter especially with an aware police person. 🙂

As always a great ambassador and great that people overall are becoming more accepting. I'm yet to do the area naked - have done clothed many times when I lived near there 20 or so years ago, hopeful I will before I move even further away if weather and work allow.

A walk among the blue bells of Sherwood
At least they look like native bluebells and not the Spanish ones (which are, in my opinion, an invasive species).

Do not do unto others as you would that they should do unto you. Their tastes may not be the same.

Sorry can't comment on that one, they do look buetiful though among the trees this time of year, soon be gone once the canopy thickens

Only happy when naked
Nah just thick :blank:
I did my first nude walk of the year tonight at Budby. It was lovely to do it again. Saw three people, two crossed my path, both saw me but we weren't close enough to engage with them, the other was a woman walking her dog, she greeted me with a cheery hello.
I was going to go out yesterday evening to but something came up. Been out this evening instead,
Lovely walk didn't see a soul, got back to car about 9.30 temperature had dropped to 12 degrees felt much cooler after the heat of the day though.
thinking of going out most evenings now it's warming up.
I had a nice hour in Sherwood Forest yesterday afternoon. I passed my first textile while on my rambles a bird watcher. He turned his back to me and didn’t move as I passed behind him. I wished him a good afternoon but there was no reply.
Yeah some people just pretend your not there. I was out yesterday evening, walking along a quite narrow path in the woods but bordering fields, seven men on mountain bikes appeared from nowhere, all of them passed pleasantries as I stood aside to let them pass me. The rest of the walk I saw no one.
