Hi people, would any of you walk in the countryside, where there could be the odd dog walker??, im a little nervous.
Hello! We have done a few walks now in various situations and locations. Some organised walks with lots of naturists, some with just small groups and others on our own (two of us). We always take something to cover up with, in case people you encounter are uncomfortable, always smile an be polite (good morning etc). Most people are relatively unphased, some are clearly not happy but won't say anything, just want to get past you asap. Carry the College of Policing Guidelines document with you when you walk so if you are confronted, you can show people that it is legal in a public area and that the police will not take any action if they complain.
Moderation is good, just don't overdo it!
Cheers the winklie
You can never rule out the odd dog walker anywhere in the countryside. But don’t be nervous, bad reactions are few and far between. Usually the worst that happens is that people don’t know how to react to coming across a naked person and so pretend you’re not there - if you’re not there they don’t have to do anything about it. Very British!
