I'm not big by any means, plenty of bigger tools on show but honestly, nobody cares on a nudist beach. Try it. I did and l was as worried as you. Once you get past the sex hang up you'll be fine. It's not about your size. Unless it's a "contact" situation. Nudism is different. Very different 🙂

I might add that even in a contact situation it's not the size but what you do with it.

I wouldn't say I am shy, but I am naturally reserved. Both me and my wife are slow mixers. But we have found naturist groups to be very welcoming. I am particularly talking from our experience of naturist camping. We have been visiting the same site for about five years now, and i can honestly say that we have made friends there. The same could be applied to a swim or a club.
And as for being at the back of the queue  in the wedding taclke department,  well I got there just as the shop was closing.

Amen to that. Might not be the biggest but no complaints about usage so far, lol.

I see there is a great deal of sage advice on here regarding size and appearance. As a new member, a newish naturist and not particularly well endowed it is very useful guidance to overcoming shyness. There is also plenty of advice on the internet to be had, but ultimately it comes down to "just going for it" in the nicest possible way of course : 😀

Like most have said, don't worry about it; no-one else will either!

I know I will probably get flamed for this but in light of today's coverage, it's not really like landing on the beaches of Normandy aged 20 under gunfire is it?  :-X

It is not at all about size. It is about feeling the elements on your naked skin in whatever settings that allow it, or wherever you can get away with it.

Don't suppose it is, but then it is not about living through the Coventry Blitz either as a teen as my dad did. He was a teenage fire brigade messenger, because he was too young to join up.

As a young man, I could be painfully shy. However, when naked with other naked people, my shyness seemed to evaporate.

Naturism has been a very enriching experience. Now, I realise that being shy just holds you back.

I'm still quite a private person at times, but being a naturist has allowed me to not only happily take off my clothes, but also to feel far more able to interact with people and enjoy meeting people in a way that would have amazed me when I was twenty-one.

Naturism really is not about body shame, it's a celebration of the human form in all the shapes, sizes, genders and colours.

I think it is confidence. I remember my first time on a nudist beach at Eastney. I was very aware and conscious the first time I stripped off, although, I had been walking for a good  20 years on my own in the countryside., it did not help.
Being a man on my own and many single men will agree with me, we tend to be viewed as perverts or some one not welcome in the community. So joining groups is and still is very difficult. I remember asking to join the local nude swim and was told in no long terms that I am not welcome being a single male.
The first real time with people for me was in, Cap d'Agde, in France. I spent five hours there and it was the most confidence thing I ever did. Totally naked with like minded people and no one looked twice at you.
After this, I dont mind taking my clothes off and feel very confident and I am not well endowed.
Alas though, I still find it hard to meet like minded people. I could go down the beach, but it is usually full of males that are there just to exhibit themselves. So I do  understand why single males are shun from groups.

The OP hasn’t been active here since January.

He no longer requires advice on his .... lack of anything.

Time to move on.

Don't worry about being shy... its not a modelling things... its just a case of chillin and chatting with others than just like to actually be a bit more chilled out than others that only think of being as chilled out as us. Just run with it...

Thanks for now Kind Regards Luigi whiteknightt1664@gmail.com
