There is a program on iPlayer called grand Tours of Scotland. In series 3 program 1 Scotland in miniature - the isle of Arran, the presenter Paul Murton visits Cleats Shore, its the last item in the program.

Although the clip is short it does give an idea of what the beach is like and Paul Murton, the presenter, does the piece to camera naked and has a swim. Apart from the presenter the beach is deserted.

We went to Cleat’s Shore, Isle of Arran yesterday.  Access to the beach down a half mile rutted track was straightforward as it has been mainly dry and sunny here for the past 10 days. Normally, the access is difficult especially in a low suspension car.

We parked on the grass close to the beach and set up our stuff nearby. I stripped naked, my non naturist wife did not.

I spent almost 2 hours walking naked along the beach and shoreline.  It was a fantastic feeling. There was no-one else around apart from wife who spent the time clothed and reading a book.
