Hi Robt51

Was up the hills this morning. Minus 3C, sunny and no wind. A beautiful. Bumped into Kris and walked together for 10 mins. Also bumped into three stewards as they were preparing for today's shoot. No one was bothered.

Good to hear Hillwalker. Haven't had any spare days to get up there for couple of months now sadly.

I cycled into work yesterday and thought it would be lovely and fresh up in the Sidlaws for a nude walk.

I'm just back home from a midnight nude walk along an old railway track out in the countryside a few miles from home.

It's a rather fresh night, but with no breeze, no rain and the moon and stars out to light the way it was a good opportunity to do the walk. Temperature gauge in car showed 2c when I set out and 0c when I got back nearly an hour later, about three miles in total.

It was cold but quite bearable (sorry, lol), helped by a woolly hat and gloves and keeping up a good walking pace.

I've done this walk many times dressed during the day and I've always wanted to do it nude and night-time was the only real prospect of doing it nude as it can be popular during the day.

A very pleasant experience and highly recommend to be tried at least once to see what you think. As usual, once I've done something nude, I can't wait to do it again. Still on a high from it and it'll be a while before I get off to sleep.

Its a fantastic stroll at night. I know where you mean. Next stop to extend the walk around Dronley, just take a head torch. Catch you soon.

Morning Hillwalker.

On the way back, I saw the sign for the path to Dronley Woods from the old railway track and was sorely tempted to take the diversion. As I wasn't sure of the route back to the car from the woods, I decided against it this time.

I'll check maps before the next walk to get an idea. If the weather is similar, there's a good chance I'll head out that way again next Saturday. The cold really didn't bother me and I'm glad I decided to finally do it.

The headtorch came in handy where the trees were last night, and the moon lit the way beautifully for the rest of the walk.

So managed to get down to monknash today to keep my record of having at least one naked walk a month which stretches back around 2 years now. Was running out of days in November so decided to give it a try, pretty chilly at first as I set off from the car in shorts and t shirt, and then when on the path down to the beach I was about to strip off when I saw a dog walker up ahead who then turned and saw me. I don't mind being seen naked but chose not to go from clothed to naked as it may have looked a bit strange.  So I carried on to the beach and once on my own again stripped off, it's amazing that going from shorts and t shirt to naked made me feel much warmer.  Was quite comfortable and walked along the beach over to southerndown end only seeing a couple of dog walkers in the distance. I stayed naked up the cliff path and decided to walk along the coastal path back.  I passed around 10 people at various points and had a cheery smile and hello from everyone which was nice, I made it about 3/4 of the way back but being so exposed to the wind on the cliff top I had to admit defeat and put my clothes back on.  Returned to the car feeling great.  Hoping to get back on Monday and that will tick the box for Dec then!

Ahhh...good for you!!...and I am somewhat envious!!...Am back' home' in the midlands now for a week or so at least.

Although living in the midlands I am from South Wales and my frequent visits of late are due to a death in the family and the responsibility of sorting the estate and probate is mine...it's a bitter sweet pill for although a sad time, it has afforded me the chance to visit places recalled from when growing up more than 40 years ago...As children we would be naked on the beach laughing and playing and splashing in the sea under the careful watch of our parents....and here I am doing similar.. but as a naturist...50 years on!!!...Being here reaches into the memory bank and brings out recollections of wonderful times I'd thought I'd forgotten!!...truly amazing and emotional.

As I drive back to the midlands, after a few days of being here, I experience a real...hmmm...'pull' to return, the Welsh have a word for it...'Hiraeth'. There is no literal translation, its a sort of mix of 'longing' and' nostalgia' but not home sickness...it's just...hiraeth!!...

The family house will be sold but 'home' will always be here and return I will as often as I can...Especially as my noggin has now emptied out a shed load of memories of many beaches.. from Lavernock to Tenby now calling out to me to go back, to walk them, to enjoy them and indulge them but this time, not as a nipper with a bucket and spade...but as a naturist of course!!...bring it on, I can't wait!!!

One life...live it !...there is no rehearsal!

I understand, being a Welshman from North Wales ( from a few miles out of Rhyl) and now living in exile in Brum. I returned during autumn and yes Hiraeth is not quite translatable.

Managed a lovely afternoon walk in the New Forest today. A bit cold to start off with and a few too many textile dog walkers around, but once away from the car park managed to strip off and stayed naked for most of the way

Beautiful day here today. A hard frost on the ground. My local ice-skating spot looked potentially ok for skating but lots of new ‘No access’ signs, new works to intensify the fishing use and work underway - so not the time to try.

I went instead up to a tarn in the low hills nearby and, with ice in some of the bays, took a short swim to ‘liven me up’. I then took a 2.5 to 3 hour walk over the fell as nature intended. With the sun and almost no wind, it felt very pleasant, although icy underfoot much of the time. I saw a few people, one of whom was clearly transfixed by me for a while, whether primarily due to the nudity or because of the temperature, I don’t know.

Always good to get a bit of winter sunshine.  All in all, a very pleasant day

Was out for a hour yesterday, bit chilly but enjoyable just the same. Returned home about 4.30 only to find I had lost the dogs lead, I wouldn't have minded but only bought it last week and it matches the collar so, off I went to find it, by which time it was pitch black and below freezing. I retraced my previous walk and would you believe I found it at the furthest point from my car where I'd  previously decided to head back.
Let me tell you Sherwood Forest is not a nice place in total darkness, I'm sure I nearly stumbled into a stag as I heard one grumbling in the undergrowth as I searched.
Second walk was clothed by the way as it was well below freezing.

I've been out today for a four hour jaunt in the Peak District. It was frosty underfoot and to start with quite pleasant. Then the clouds rolled in and it was a cold day. I did about an hour naked in and around Biggin Dale.

I love Biggin Dale, the Waterloo is one of my favorite pubs and a nice campsite.

Tribalbrit,

Easily done. I can only stress to people to think ahead. Always take a head torch and whatever else you need to survive. I know my local hills backwards, even down to specific stones but i still get disoriented in the mists.

I carry a complete survival kit in my rucksack. Even if i dont use it, i dont know who i will come across. I have used a number of support bandages for knees and ankles recently.
