Having holidayed in Fuerteventura always stopping in Corralejo we fancy a change
We have heard alot of good things about El Cotillo thinking about going there next April
Anyone got and recommendations on any good apartments  or more importantly which ones to avoid?

We stay at Maravilla. Search on here for "Maravilla" to see my previous postings describing the pro's and con's of these apartments.
If you do stay in El Cotillo the croissants and patisserie from El Golosso bakers are superb. I walk down there naked along the beach each morning, dressing only when close to the baker's and walking back to the apartment naked.

We have just got back from two weeks holiday in El Cotillo, it was a last minute decision as my surgeon has said he doesn't want to see me for six months to check on the hip he replaced and we have now got Linda's mother settled in a care home. Jet 2 have been sending me emails of their holidays and it only cost £1004 for two weeks half board at the Cotillo Beach Hotel including flights and transfer for the two of us. We had a great time, we walked down the road to Marravilla and then went on to the beach, I sometimes stripped of there and sometimes waited till we got to the first lagoon after Marravilla but before Torrino's beach bar where we had most of our lunches. I walked nude twice every day from that first lagoon along the beach towards the light house for about an hour except on the middle Saturday when it got to windy in the afternoon. The walking has strengthened my hips and legs very well and I have a nice all over tan, the only annoyance was on the last afternoon when an English bloke tried to tell me not to walk past him and his family, he said he accepted the nudes sitting on the beach but not walking past his family, I basically told him to grow up and respect the local customs and learn the law.
apart for that if was a good holiday, the food at the hotel was good for breakfast but the main meal was ok but hot food was a little on the cool side but I expected that as it is only three star and there are lots of good restaurants in the town.

@iain-richardson

We should have stayed at the Cotillo beach at Easter 2020 but obviously it was cancelled. We've  now rebookedc for 2021. Visited the area but never stayed before. Managed a naked run when i was there last.
