Well at home it’s been like, forever and I’ve even had a few ramblings in some secluded fields and things but my first visit to WNC in Chester is was initially shaking like a leaf on the way in to the arena as the secretary had said everyone uses the female changing rooms to change. It was a least four times of reading his email before it clicked we are all the same and laughed at myself. On the first night everyone was brilliant and I can’t remember being in the company of all so many wonderful people in one place. Genuine interest in each other and how you’ve been and what you've been up to, is the family well etc. etc... instant comfort, relaxing freedom and making some truly lovely friends. I like many... should have done it years ago 😀
My first experience was at the Naturist Foundation. I was so nervous it was ridiculous. However, the guy at the front guiding in the cars was so welcoming, he really helped put me at ease. Like you say, once you take the plunge, you realise you were getting stressed over nothing
In the dozen years I have been using naturist forums, etc. I cannot remember coming across a case where a newbie did not had all their previous nervousness totally removed by their first experience.

First experience on the west coast of France about 35 Years ago. Stayed in a static caravan next to a naturist beach - what lovely surprise! Needless to say my wife and I went native and had a most enjoyable time. I have not changed since but my wife sadly no longer has any interest.
