nope, we go to Corralejo on Wednesday for a week. 1 more sleep then we will be in the Crown Plaza hotel at Manchester airport

Shame we will miss you all. We are going to Corralejo on 7thDec, just for a week this time. Will be visiting the lovely El Cotillo at least once during our stay.

Hi all...my good lady and I are thinking of squeezing in a week before Christmas at Fuerteventura. She totally loved the Esquinzo/Butihondo area we stayed at in October and would like to go back but I think it might be good to explore the north a bit. I've found a 'cheapie' package deal just to get us there and provide a base, it's the Coral Cortillo Beach hotel in El Cotillo.....has anyone been there before or can share any info on the place??...many thanks.. 🙂

Hi...We stayed at The Cotillo Beach Hotel a few years ago.....Clean, tidy..basic but we found it to be good value. You will certainly enjoy El Cotillo a lovely place with beautiful lagoons to the north of the village...

I'm told the evening meal can be disappointing but there are about a dozen decent restaurants and for lunch you should try Torino's beach bar - his paella has always been one of our favourites.

Plan to vistit La Concha & Butihondo beaches and pop over to La Pared because we haven't been before.
