It must be noted that the guidelines recently issued by the College of Policing do not apply outside England, as this article in The Scotsman highlights.

@redferryman

True. But you also have to take into account that the general approach between all four countries will be virtually identical as we saw with the public nudity guidelines. When the Scottish guidelines are published i expect them to differ from the English guidelines in that the guidelines will have to dovetail into the Right To Responsible Access legislation. This is not relevant in England. Similar to public nudity guidelines in Scotland which had to take into account the fear and alarm aspects of Breach Of The Peace.

With the lockdown I'm having to walk much closer to home. This, of course, increases the chances of bumping into someone who knows me.  Hasn't happened yet though.

Boundaries are there to be stretched!

Hi

i have tried some walks in that area, around Fovant and Bishopstone. Looking at doing a route south of Himdon- Rowdean Hill, Berwick St Leonard’s, which looks promising. I was wondering if you have any nude friendly routes saved on gps?

@bn252525

There was a forum about one of us walking the high peak recently. Not sure if you can do a search for it?

@savsail

Click on the magnifying glass top right of the screen or on the menu bar, type in peak and hit return, you'll get a list of posts mentioning the word "peak", sure to find what you want in there.

@bn252525

I try and go walking as often as the weather and time permits, usually two or three times a week.

First time walking Nude this morning. Wasn't too cold and after five minutes I didn't even notice I had nothing on. Brilliant experience and I'll definitely be going again, weather permitting obviously. It was quite busy where I went, just on the outskirts of Sheffield, but didn't really bump into anyone. I'm hoping to go again Week commencing 16th November. If anyone is interested, then drop me a message.

@bn252525 I'm glad you enjoyed it. despite me having a lunch time appointment I just had to get out when I saw What a beautiful morning it was. It was only 4 degrees C when I set off for a 4.5 naked walk in Sherwood Forest today, but the sun was shining and there was very little wind and the sunshine kept me lovely and warm. I would have walked further but I had a mid day appointment which I had to keep. There were a few more people out than I expected but everyone was very pleasant and talkative. The first guy I met had lost one of his dogs so I told him where I had been and not seen it and told him I would take it to where he was parked if I found it, I dint find it though and I don't know if he did. Just after meeting him I met a woman with a dog and I asked her if she had seen the lost dog. She said she had seen it about 4 times but had no idea where it was now. I met a guy sat on a bench enjoying the sunshine who chatted for a while and wanted to know how I could cope with the cold weather. I met a woman on her own in a place I don't usually encounter anyone who smiled and had a little chat with me. When nearly back to the car I met a couple who gave me a great big hello and smile and asked me where all my mates were today. They said last time they visited the forest they met 4 or 5 naturists, (I think I was one of them). Back where my car was parked there were cars all over the place. Just before getting back into my car still naked I chatted to one or two people asking them if they know why there were so many cars around. No one knew so I guess it was just everyone making the most of the last day of freedom before the new restrictions begin tomorrow.

@dgildoo Sounds Brilliant. How many years have you been walking in Sherwood forest?
