There's a topic on the BN forum about a letter to the Camping and Caravanning Club magazine asking for naturist options at their club sites. The editor of the magazine passed the letter to the Club's senior leadership team and has asked readers to let them know if they support naturism on Club sites. The letter is attached (hopefully)
If you want to show your support for the request you can email the magazine at mailbag@myccc.co.uk as their offices are currently shut

I did respond as soon as I read it. I was then contacted by the editor seeking permission to include my response in the next edition.
Hopefully this will encourage further respnses/discussion.
I suspect he has had quite a few positive responses from BN members too.

Have not seen any further reference in C&C magazine though!
When I first bought a trailer-tent I joined the C&C Club. In those days I seem to remember that it listed several naturist camp sites but I stopped my subscription after they dropped this feature.
In the meantime I found that many of their "hideaway" sites were suitable for discreet naturism.
Is my memory accurate?

I wonder whether it would be possible to block-book a site for a weekend?
...and therefore run it as a naturist weekend?
somewhere with nice facilities, maybe even a pool?

I believe that is something BN do from time to time.

Not sure if C&C would allow that. Nothing to do with naturist, but because their sites are owned by the members and it is probably against rules to close the site to members use.
Dont know though, just surmising.
Not a caravanner - not been camping in a long time either - but there are a couple of sites nearby with Camping and Caravan Club signs up but neither are owned by the club, they're privately owned by, presumably, C&C recommended/endorsed/sanctioned/favoured/whatevered. Wouldn't think either would go for an all-naturist block booking, as one's on the racecourse and the other's on a farm overlooked by a business centre in the converted barns! But I don't see why a less public site wouldn't accept a block booking, it's all income after all.
Anyone else remember the Monarch of the Glen when the estate campsite was block-booked to naturist club which had been misunderstood as "naturalist"?

Both the Camping and Caravanning Club and the Caravan Club advertise certificated sites which are small privately owned sites restricted to a limited number of caravans at any one time, plus tents. Some might be open to a full site booking by a group of naturists.
I believe, from here and other naturist forums, that some people have discreetly been naked on these small sites and it has been accepted by anyone who has spotted them.
