It's still one hell of a walk!
You are kidding?
It's not even a mile.
Yes it's a long way if you have mobility or health problems.

It seems longer when we were carrying a tent and bags!
Always looking for friends.
. 303? Now there speaks a army / sea cadet of a certain baby boomer age 🙂
Don't forget us air cadets. .303 had a hell of a recoil when that trigger was squeezed.
Rob
Oops 🙂
I came across the gamekeeper and a client up the Sidlaws at the crack of dawn a couple of weeks ago. He was using a silenced, every possible aid you can think of, rifle. A. 303 can shoot round corners :-), I was good with them.

Oh I know, as I was the family mule carrying everything while my ex and little one skipped along the beach

My beloved, when she was still a public nudist, used to enjoy Holkham beach.
HOWEVER, not being one to go without the luxuries of life, we have done the walk from the car park to the nudist section with:
Windbreak and mallet,
Flasks,
Gas camping fire with canister,
Frying pan and kettle,
Bacon, eggs, bread, butter, sauce,
Cutlery,
Towels,
Camera....
Oh you get the idea...
As we go in the campervan ( to whichever location),its the basics taken to the beach, a small beach tent/canopy, sandwiches, nibbles, large flask of tea and water also but I do take a rucksack with towels, light waterproofs, basic first aid etc..
When we return to the van it’s a meal , cooked or cold ( van has a fridge) and fresh cuppas!!
One life...live it !...there is no rehearsal!
We have a T25 VW campervan, nearest we've been to using it for naturist purposes is parking so the door opens away from anyone else so we can strip off outside in plenty of space rather than struggling inside before bed, and the reverse in the morning (as my beloved says, she needs room to stand up straight to put her knickers on.)
It's currently with our pet mechanic preparing it for sale.
@jedi Marros beach is somewhat further south - but not as well known, much smaller, I prefer it. Cliffs rather than dunes, so nowhere to hide. So no strange types. The beach has rock pools and sand, much more interesting. If it was not so far away i would be there every weekend.

Marros is absolutely beautiful! one of my favourites. Very few people on this vast beach. While as a nudist you are possibly exposed to the people on the cliffs, I never ever saw anyone there.
Those rocks are fun,
the sea has eroded them in such a way
as to create niches, a couple of feet
above beach level.
Great for stashing your gear in and
some of them join up, so you can Indulge in some light weaseling If you are so inclined.
