Hello all,

just joined the Corner and live in Devon. Does any one know of any good beaches on the South Coast ?

I often visit Weston Mouth but wondered if the South Hams had any good ones ?

Martin,

thanks for that. I have read a bit about Manor Farm with it being Textile and Naturist. Is that correct ?

We'll have to check it out. Can you walk to the beach from the campsite ?

Appaloosa, yes Manor farm has textile and naturist camping areas. It,s about a 30 min walk to the beach but longer walking back, due to walking uphill. 🙂

Thanks Martin,

that is one thing I have noticed, you get fit if you want to be a naturist !

Weston Mouth is like that on the way back.

@appaloosa I know it's been a while since your post but I just wanted to confirm that there are 2 sections, and to get to the nudist (more precisely clothes optional as if one of the people in a couple or group goes naked the rest don't need to) part you need to go through the textile.

Makes it a bit annoying if you want to go for a shower as you have to cover up to go and get naked.

I would imagine that these rules are relaxed when Suntrekers turn up for a meeting.

@bimarriednudist I haven't managed to get there yet, but from what I can tell the site is split with a separate section for C.O. but all the facilities are all in the textile area.

Can anyone  confirm ?

@appaloosa Yes, that's correct. Only a couple of minutes walk through the textile bit to the facilities.

There's showers, individual, toilets, a kitchen with fridge, freezer, cooking and washing up facilities, a room with sofas and books and plenty of electrical sockets to recharge your gadgets.
