I have regular walks in the forest near where I live and often leave my clothes at home and drive naked. I have a small clip on my keys that I attach to my watch so I know were my keys are always. I never take my phone. On days that I want to go further I have small tactical bag that carry water protein bar and my sport kilt which I find useful to sunbath on.

i went to collect a purchase from a local auction yesterday, took the back lanes, passed a millenium wood with an offroad carpark. on the way back i stopped to have a look... grass bit of carpark next to the gate into the wood.... had a pair of binoculars in the car, bino case is just large enough for wallet, mobile phone and car keys and the kiniki beach wrap, all the clothes inc shoes stayed in the car whilst i went for a half hour explore round this small wood.
not often i get to do a completely bare walk from car door to car door.the auction is fortnightly with viewing on the friday , online bidding over the weekend and collection on the monay/tuesday.... could well become my favourite local auction 😉
We went to view our local auction yesterday, and at 5.45 this morning I dropped the prebid sheet through the letterbox. #
It also has some land nearby, at the start of the first lockdown I looked at it in the hope of being able to strip off in it but apart from an area almost immediately inside it the brambles made access impossible.
#) I hope we don't get everything we've bid on, £117 was bad enough last time (although we did recover all that and more from a £8 box of vintage clothes), but this adds up to over £300 including commission if we get it all at maximum bids.
I can well understand the joy of walking nude in the open air and just how good it feels. We have enjoyed this many times one holiday to the sun. However, is walking with a backpack wearing shoes etc really walking in the nude? Are we saying that not wearing shorts or a top means nude?

@rodb I, too, appreciate the significant difference between wearing a backpack and being totally unencumbered but when cycling to the supermarket on Fuerteventura a backpack is essential for the shopping, as is a bag for shirt and shorts when fetching the fresh morning croissants from the baker.

Please can we avoid one of those “you’re only a real nudist if ...” type conversations. It is well established that NC members support a broad definition of naturism/nudism and debating ad nauseam whether socks=clothes gets tedious and unnecessarily contentious.
