short answere is i dont know. she and her partner know we go to church norton beach but going as a family group has never cropped up. we tend to go to beach midweek whilst theyre both working. wife and daughter occasionally go "swimming" together at selsey but thats an overlooked urban beach so normal swimsuits ... handy for colder weather cos its literally two minutes scurry back to hot shower and teapot.

Was there again today and have been a few times in the last week. 

There were about 12 of us in total. Mostly singles and a couple of couples. Beautiful weather today and the sea was warm to get into. Car park was full by 1pm. 

Decided to visit this beach for the first time today.

Drove to the entrance at Rectory Lane at about 10:10am to be greeted with a huge roadside blackboard boldly saying "Church Norton Car Park FULL". Took a gamble and managed to grab the penultimate parking space, with the last parking space grabbed by another lucky punter as I started to walk.

Conditions were virtually perfect. The tide was past half-way going out I guess, a very gentle breeze taking the edge of the heat and the sea was very calm and warm enough for me to bathe and float in, once I'd gotten over my irrational fear of the moss and seaweed sprouting from the sea floor.

I usually go to Eastney Beach so how did this one compare? By and large Church Norton was impressive. The beach is a lot longer and beachgoers are much more spaced out, and there's none of the roar of the jetskis that seem to disturb the peace of Eastney sometimes. I'd say it's a better beach for newcomers to naturism.

But despite being ten minutes closer to me by car unfortunately it does seem to be a big gamble on whether there's any spaces in the little RSPB car park, the fact that a wasted journey is very likely does put me off a lot. And the beach itself is just as pebbly and shingly as Eastney.

we visited this mornin , wednesday, in car par by 9.15 , loads of space, 2 spaces free when we left at 1 pm.   more people on the beach today but no fishermen, though saw some good sized fish breaking the surface only a few yards out. saw a seals head poking out for a spell mid morning.  high tide was about 9.30,  

back in selsey now , daughters coming over for a swim off the beach here after work this evening....might even get my kiniki budgy smugglers wet.

I didn’t see any seals the last few times I’ve been in the last week or so sadly, but plenty of jumping fish and birds diving in to get them!

Have seen a few new faces recently which is good to see. One of the benefits of people trying home nudism in lockdown then giving public nudism a try is a common theme from some I have talked to recently.
