Not 100% sure but I can't recall seeing any height restrictions into the NT carpark. I park down the road near the firebreak but have seen campervans turning into the carpark.

re Studlands Summer Camp. From the website it would appear to be just a field that is let out for some of the summer. Am i doing it a disservice, or is that pretty much it?

There were height barriers by the "toll booth" into the car park but I don't know if these are still there.
Just a word of caution, it appears that there are the usual crowd of thieving bastards about in the official car park - somebody had tried to remove one of the wheels of my jeep a while back. It may be safer to park on the ferry approach road and cross over the dunes by the fire post - at least there's always somebody about there.

Thanks takaka for the link to the naturist camping nearby.
That rules it out for me.......its not open at the moment and they don't like solo naturists. Oh well, their loss. :(.
