One of my favorite beaches is Mansands in Devon near Brixham.
This a much easier beach to get to than Scabbacombe.
You can do discreet nude sunbathing here though this is best done at the far end of the beach.
It is best to have something handy to cover up with just in case someone comes along.
Met a few locals there and they say this is the best thing to
do.
Though have walked the beach in the nude when there is no one around.
