There used to be a naturist campsite on the east coast between Dorgali and Orosei.

Also in that area is a great beach at Cala Ganone.  From the main road, go through the tunnel.  The view is REALLY spectacular.  Drive down to the town, and just before the main part take a right on the coast road.  At the end there is a long staircase down to the beach. I've been nude and camped at the back of the beach many times in the past.

Also worth a look is La Marridenna near Isola Rossa on the north west coast, (see piccy in my gallery).  Lots of little coves around the bay.  Find one not already in use and enjoy.

Anywhere on Sardinia, dont forget your snorkel.
