I will be visiting the UK from my home in Cyprus this year and was curious as to the current state of St Osyth Beach?
I had frequented it for years but really saw its demise after the storms of 2004 washed away the access road and hence made it to much of a trek for the less abled 🙁
Did anyone visit during last years glorious weather and have this winters storms done even more damage?

Hi, I've not been there personally but have spoken to some who have. From what i hear the access has not been improved since those old storms, so sorry it still sounds like a bit of a treck.

Hi Adrian,Keith is right about access to St Osyth beach, the road has been washed away by the sea.It takes about 20 mins to walk tide permitting,I use it quite a bit from springtime so will let you know what  the latest storms have done.
