Does anyone have experience of this beach? I'm hoping to visit some time in the summer, and would like to know what to expect.

Philip.

Sorry it is a bit late as i have only just joined the site.
It is my regular beach, it may be not easy to get to but it is worth it and it is not over crowded with plenty of space for everyone and quiet areas too

Its not an easy walk from the car park to the beach, but once you get there its well worth it.  We use it whenever we visit the IOW.

yes it is a bit of a trek down to the beach but the views are stunning, you can also walk for miles along the beach nude and there are hardly any walkers do disturb the peace.
I just love going there as only the locals and naturists know how to get there and it makes it almost exclusive.
Well worth a visit if you are on the island.

Jon, I recently gained my free bus pass, and quite like the idea of "Naturism by Bus". I can catch the bus into Lymington, walk round to the ferry and cross to Yarmouth.

If you could help with details of how to get there, it would be worth a try. Which bus service do I catch to get to Blackgang, which stop do I get off and what are the detailed instructions to finding the naturist section of beach.

We could have an Isle of Wight bus trip for the New Forest Naked Swimming Group.

Thanks, TS
