That is true but I think this is outside school summer holidays.
(due to limited site capacity reasons)
Been a single visitor to Southleigh Manor, absolutely no problem. Visited Acorns as a single day visitor.

I am a single member at Liverpool Sun and air, the club is great and the people are very friendly, they don't judge you on being single and they have made me feel very welcome and at home, I have made some very good friends there and would recomend it to anyone
Nudity only becomes an issue if an issue is made of it
You have not given any indication of the part of the country where you live, but I am sure that if you contact your local club and request a visit for a day or a short break, you will get a positive reply, membership may depend on several factors.

Oh well, gone or not - i'll add Manor Farm at Strete, South Devon. A stones throw from Slapton Beach.
Singles are welcome at Acorns in Devon, be they camping or want b & b.
No problem with being a single at Templo de Sol in Catalonia if you wish to go abroad.
