This walk / cycle route goes from one side of Scotland to the other (Inverness to Fort William) and we are cycling it at the moment between the heavy rain showers.
Apart from one day when we came across a group of 10 women walkers, we have gone hours without seeing anyone. I must add we are doing this clothed and I have only done a small section walking naked near Fort Augustus (a fantastic walk up to the main Glen way through a steep hill climb), but just off the way is another walk only up through a dense wood - saw no one at all for the entire 2 hour walk.
So for those who walk to do some naked walking you can find a lot on this route - although I thought the route would be next to the canal / locks, most is through the woods.
Naturally it being Scotland - the weather changes from 20+'C to 10'C from sun to rain many times during the day (august 2014).
