Hi all,
I have just had my first true naturist beach experience, I spent five hours naked over two days as well as a good amount of time at my digs while I was in Sussex. As a result this has totally boosted my confidence and desire to get naked as much as humanly (and legally) possible.
My question is, do any Scots on here have any suggestions for good nude locations in west central Scotland over the next few months. I know others on here are very positive about the western baths Sunday morning sessions but are there any other locations or clubs, even, that would be good to visit for social nudity?
I work long hours so spare time can be severely limited but I don't want to let my newly revitalised nudey experiences to slip into history, or at least until the weather improves next year!!
Any and all sensible suggestions very welcome

Not entirely up on my Scotland geography -- it's been a while since I've been to Plockton -- but it looks like there's a club in Loch Lomond ( http://www.scotnaturist.freeservers.com/ ); is that considered west central Scotland?
And congratulations on the rewarding experience! I'm glad that it has spurred on further interest, as it usually does!

We've never been, but Ardeer beach in ayrshire is an unofficial (last I heard) naturist beach.

Yes Steve/Lorna, you are correct it still is unofficial, and the last time we were there (about 2 years ago) it wasnt that nice. I do believe that the big storms a few years ago washed away lots of the dunes.

There is the naturist beach on the Isle of arran the beach is near the Lagg hotel or do what we do and go to clover spa in birmingham for short breaks
Hi all. I know this is an old thread but just wanted to let you know ardeer is officially a clothing optional beach, has been since the 70s. Just the council don't like advertising it as such. You can confirm if unsure by calling north ayrshire council (number can be found on google)
