Without looking I am guessing it's an American article. They do tend to get confused about nudity but by that measure I am sitting here in trousers and shirt but my face is uncovered so I guess I'm going to work nude today eh?  🙂

I only looked at the article because of the assumption it was American, alas, I never saw any indication where she lives!  It harkens back to the nudist-naturist discussion, she must be a naturist since some photos were taken outdoors.  ;D

Judging by the spelling and usage, the website would appear to be hosted in the USA.  Of course, that gives us no clue to the location of the subject of the article.

It does, however, reintroduce that old canard that anything that shows someone not fully clothed is a 'naked'' photo.  Regardless of the geographical origin, claiming that the subject of these photos is naked is just a blatant fallacy.

Sorry Sam - I meant no offense by my assumption but we get to read so much about various aspects of nudity etc from all kinds of places and unfortunately whenever there is something written about someone being naked and they're actually wearing something it usually originates on your side of the pond 🙂

No offense taken, I was just pointing out that from the article I could not tell where it originated. The Aussie Rupert Murdoch, by having "news" sources in both the UK, and US, has obliterated any sensible way of discerning origination of articles, whether mainstream, or news of the weird! LOL  And the internet further obfuscates where it may originate.

Lucy Hilmer lives in San Francisco, California so I think it is fairly safe to assume the article did originate in  the USA.
