Does anyone visit Morfa Dyffryn beach in Wintertime, in fact does it have naturist status the whole year round or is it seasonal? On mild, bright sunny days in February and March I should imagine it would be very pleasant taking a naturist walk the whole length of the beach. It would certainly be quiet but would I be the only naturist amongst textile dog walkers? Too cold to relax on the beach I should imagine but good and invigorating exercise walking the full length of the beach along the water's edge taking in the beautiful views of the sea and the Welsh mountains.

Too ****** cold for me but I know of folk who used to go for a dip on Christmas Day!  All I can say is well done and good luck!

During 2012, I made a point of visiting Morfa at least once in each calendar month, including at least a paddle on each visit, if not a swim.  It evidently carries naturist status all year round, although the signage did disappear briefly during the winter months.  It was very cold on some visits, obviously, but was still enjoyable on every visit.

I've never visited Morfa Dyffryn at all but I would love to sometime. Probably in the summer rather than the winter though!

gosh wow ! that wind fair whips along that open beach , i've braved spring and autumn on there in the dunes for some shelter but never winter unclothed ! - mind you there's always a first time !!!
I have to say though it's a brilliant beach no matter what the season is !

February was the coldest that year.  On the beach itself, felt hardly any colder naked than I did dressed.  In the water however, that was really tough.  Got in as far as my waist and the bones in my legs were actually hurting  🙂  Still, amused the dog-walkers.

I spent a windy August weekend at Morfa in 2007, lovely beach and really hope to get back there sometime!

I have been on the beach at Morffa Dyffryn in Winter however my experience is that it is generally too cold with a  very strong westerly wind.
It is though a lovely beach in the Spring and Summer.
I also managed to get a  day there during October 2015 when we had the week of lovely weather.
It is so lovely to take a naked stroll along the edge of the beach there.

Makes my blood run cold just thinking about it.  You're a braver man than me.  I admire your tenacity  😉

the point of anything like that - eg winter skinny-dip - is that it's a quick in & out with something to warm you up after [ooh -er missus!]

I really should have been born on a tropical island

Gosh, someone is brave this time of year - or foolish lol.  We will restrict our visits to the dunes to the summer.
