the first time I got naked in public
I had always wanted to try but was not sure how I would feel
when I got up the nerve I went to studland beach in dorset
at first I was worried about getting naked then I looked around and I could see every one were just normal people all ages shapes and sizes
and not all supermodels which put me at ease . I got undressed and after a short time I felt very comfortable . and wondered why I had not done it years ago . now I enjoy the freedom of being naked as often as possible

Well done, I think a lot of people have similar worries, but they soon evaporate and you can relax and enjoy.
A great place to experience naturism, I did a similar thing over 30 years ago and have been a naturist ever since.
I stay nude all day wish i had done it years ago

I really should have been born on a tropical island
I was 18 when I stepped onto a nudist beach on the island of Crete. It was my 1st ever foreign holiday and it was 1975 and I could not believe my eyes. After a while I slipped my shorts off but the excitement of the event got the better of me and I had to lie on my back for a good portion of the day. I went back the next day and the next and then I was grand and have loved being naked ever since.
I assume you perhaps meant lying on your front or where you a human sun dial?
