The last walk in the SOC calendar will take place next Thursday (1 October) near Maidstone in Kent. The forecast looks OK (for what that's worth this far ahead) and I have booked the day off work. Is anybody else going along?

I will be travelling from the High Wycombe / Maidenhead / Slough area; if anyone would like a lift, I have three seats available in the car.

PS: The forecast may be found here. It was saying dry and sunny last time I looked, but is now showing a risk of drizzle. I suspect that is because I've booked the time off  ???
