I suppose the best  place to start is at the beginning.Well my very first experience was when i was about 25 and was on holiday in kent at a place called leysdown,i had heard about this beach called shellness,so one day i drove to this secluded car park over the roughest piece of road i had ever been on to get too it.On arrival i pulled up in the car park and walked up  the bank and was amazed to see so many nudists of all ages sunbathing and just strolling about.But i could not pluck up the courage to venture over,so i went back and sat in my car.About 10 mins later a couple arrived and parked next to me,i asked them about the site and told them that i am new to nudism and shy to go over.The  women said to me we felt the same when we first started out and if i wanted to i could go with them which i said yes too.admittedly i did feel very unsure at first but once i got undressed and had help putting cream on my back to stop my untanned back  from burning,i gradually began to  enjoy the feeling of freedom and had my first swim naked and thought it was so natural.and from that day too this i have never looked back,and have even had holiday's to Ibiza and took a ferry out too Formentera which was one of my best holiday's ever. 🙂
