I believe there is another one coming up again at Pevors £280 plus accommodation, sounds rather expensive to me but I would love to attend one, in your honest opinion would I be getting value for money ?, I realize that tuition from a recognised Professional doesn't come cheap, and I'm not being a 'cheapskate', I'm just curious as to what to expect !!

Relative to other photographic workshops run by other professionals it's actually very reasonable.

You get two days. Day one is a half day 'classroom' tuition from Charlie and one of his models and the other one and a half days are 1:1 shoots with the models on themes suggested and tutored by Charlie and with review sessions as you go along. And there's a free BBQ on the middle night. It was intensive to say the least and frankly it was superb but I was exhausted after the two days.  There's around a dozen photographers ranging in skill level from beginner to intermediate.

By comparison you can pay anywhere from £175-£299 for a single day workshop run along similar lines (and usually without the 1:1 sessions).

However .... you may have left it too late. Charlie may well be booked up now (they are extremely well attended) and John and Margaret at Pevors are almost certainly to be fully booked. There is a very nice olde-worlde B&W oak-beamed hotel in the nearby town for accommodation that's only a 5-10 min drive away from Pevors.
