A decision has recently been reached to separate the walking group from the Singles Outdoor Club. The new group is (provisionally) called Naturist Ramblers and will be running the walk programme that was published as the SOC walks for 2016.
I have attached the letter that has been sent to folks that have been out on an SOC walk recently.
Have fun,
Ian.

Hi Ian, thanks for passing on that information. I have to say, to me that makes perfect sense. Although I've only attended one walk, I do intend to try and get along to a couple of walks this year and have no interest in any of the other facets of the SOC and so paying a small fee just for the walking group is good news.
Any walks planned further west? 🙂
Keep On Smiling:)

thank you for posting this, I will be very interested in joining you on some of these walks, ( work allowing) and how much it costs to join you.
best regards
So, this may be a dumb question, but where do I find the list of planned walks? If one is practical for me, I will come along and happily pay, what is I think, a very reasonable fee/subscription.

We intend to join the walk on 7th May - weather permitting!
looking at 7th may depending on the weather, probably camp for a couple of nights near
These are great walks and I try & make it to as many as I can (work/weather permitting).
There is one this Wednesday at Sugar Hill for anyone interested (details via the website).
It's business as usual just with a different name. I went along to the Saturday Hoo walk this year (not enough holiday days from work available to go mid-week) and , as ever, a highly enjoyable day. It was a great walk with great company. The Hoo peninsula is a fairly desolate and wonderful place where only one or two cover-ups are necessary in the whole day.
Walking with this group would make a fantastic choice for people venturing out on a naturist life-style for the first time.

Hi,
Would love to join a naturist walk if any upcoming events planned and space for a single male?
Thanks

Check the Naturist Ramblers website for more info on the walks.
The link has already been posted below.
Just a quick heads up...
I will be on the Naturist Ramblers walk at Grovely Woods tomorrow so if you recognise me come and say "Hi". If I remember, I will put a red band on one wrist but even without it I am fairly easy to recognise.
Have fun,
Ian.

This begs the question, if the Naturist Ramblers are now separate, what activities do the remainder of the SOC indulge in?
God give me patience ... but I want it NOW!!My YouTube Channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/steveteb/videos
Just one question, how do people go about joining the wear a smile group - I could find no contact details on the site. Although there is no real point in me joining up as the walks do not seem to be in places I can get to, which is unfortunate as I would like to try this.
If you are wrapped up in yourself, then you are overdressed!
I am quite open to meeting other folks at organised nude venues that are within my reach financially and socially.
