Hi spent a few good days last week (May half term) on Saunton beach, there were a few other naturists using the beach, just wondered if anybody off this site were using the beach.

I use SS very often , I live 5 miles away..... I was there last week, maybe you saw me ?
Hi yes it's possible we were near the the little boat I had two of my daughters with me.
Steve.
Was there on the 9th (Thurs.) near North Tail, only saw 3 others nude all day, very few textiles as well, was a gorgeous day. Hope to go either today or Tues. depending on weather.

lucky sod!
I really should have been born on a tropical island
How does one reach the nude part of Saunton? Hubby & I were visiting friends in Chivenor a couple of weeks back during all that lovely weather, we looked at the beach from the road to Croyd, but as our friends are NOT naturists we didn't bother to suggest going there!

Three ways:
Either park in Saunton Sands car park, walk onto beach, turn left and walk for about 1.5 miles.... Or
Drive to Crow Point , turn right, walk onto Saunton sands for about 1 mile ... Or
Park up in Braunton Burrows car park and navigate your way across Braunton Burrows to Saunton Sands, depending where you join SS depends on turning left or right

Visited Saunton Sands yesterday, was planning on just a normal textile walk but after 2.4 miles decided to take a break. Couldn't resist getting the kit off but was very nervous as didn't see any other Naturists.
Not many people about but still a pain slipping shorts on when someone within viewing distance.
Then another Naturist came out of dunes and walked back along beach giving me a bit more confidence. Was not there long but only passed by a hand full of people.
One man broke off from the others he was with and headed straight for me which did make me feel like could have a situation but once got near enough to check me out rejoined the others.
Lovely beach, should be more using it.

@barebarmey - get yourself a Kiniki beach wrap - I've found it much less hassle than shorts, and you don't look furtive when just casually tying it round yourself.
