My first nude experience was on a tiny little beach called Lady Jane Beach (or Lady Bay Beach) in Sydney. This was only in January so it still feels as though my first public nude experience wasn't all that long ago.

The beach is situated right at the entrance to Sydney Harbour, and is very easy to get too. You can get a ferry from the Harbour to Watsons Bay. From there it's a short walk along some residential streets, a brief walk on another beach, and then along a path that takes you right to the top of Watsons Bay, giving you and incredible view out to sea.
I had read about this beach before my visit to Sydney, as I was keen to go to a nude beach for the first time, and seeing as the tempertaures were going to be 25C+ I thought why not - Perfect opportunity. I was aware before going that this beach attracts a lot of Sydneys gay population, but I didn't let this bother me at all.

When I arrived at the beach I first walked along it and then back again, which only took just under 10 minutes. As I expected it was mostly occupied by men, with only about 4 girls on it (although a few more turned up later), but seeing as I knew this would be the case before I had even got there, I was perfectly happy with this. I was aware that the path I had previously been on looks right down on to the beach, and there is even a viewing platform so people can look down on to the beach! So I was looking for somewhere that might be out of view a bit. After walking back along the beach I climbed up some rocks and parked my self there. This was out of view of the path, and slightly quieter. At that moment I put my towel down, pulled off my tshirt, took my shorts down and I was naked! And it actually felt great to be on a beach and be naked, even though I had two guys looking at me as I stripped. They were going to see my naked body eventually anyway, so I didn't care.

Eventually, after eating some food I had bought on the way there, and after having a bit of a sunbathe I popped in to the water. Again, this felt great, and I hadn't been in the sea nude since I was a kid. It just felt so good to do something I had wanted to do for such a long time.

The spot I had chosen was next to the stairs that lead down to the beach and people quite often came down the stairs just to have a look at the beach a bit closer up than the path or viewing platform, and even take photos. Because of this I did move a little more out of site, as I didn't really want to be part of someones holiday snaps. There's also a boat ride from the harbour that pulls up to the beach, which is actually quite funny. At first it annoyed me but I couldn't help but laugh at the cheers and whistles when this boat pulled in every hour or so!

Eventually, as the afternoon drew in, I decided I was going to move down on to the sand, and the main part of the beach. By this point I was back in the view of the stairs, and the viewing platform, but I had been naked for so long by this point, I just didn't care. Some of the guys there definately give you a good look as they walk past you, but again by this point, I wasn't actually bothered. It just seemed part of being on that beach.

If I go back to Sydney I will definately be heading back to this beach, or one of the many other ones. And, in the meantime, I will be visiting Studland or one of the UKs other nudist beaches this summer!
