Not aware of anything official to the West of Albufeira, however I was recently in Lagos and the Meia Praia beach at the far end from the town in the area of the golf course is regarded as the naturist area.

For the best beaches were you can enjoy without fear of too many textiles you will need to head further west, normally no more than a 45 min car journey but well worth it.

We used the beach at Praia Grande de Pera.
It's just outside of the resort of Armacao De Pera,which is about a half hour drive west of Albufeira.
There was always a mix of naturist and textile bathers.

a few years ago I posted some of the naturist beaches I visited in the Algarve. If you use search engine you could find them 🙂
