Good morning all. Just a quick question on how you find Austrian and German naturist locales. Im from Uk and tbh the whole thing is quite new, however I have noticed some marked difference in the way folk act in Uk and here in Austria. 1st and most striking is how folk lay and sit....I wont lie it came as a bit of a shock to see ladies with wide open legs in Lobau whete we go to relax. I know its horses for courses and all but still, the few non Austrians there had a level of decorum and followed what  i have read to be be more ideal. .. less revealing postures. Im not attacking anyone but was just a question what people thought.  My gf is austrian and does it too....its a bit hard to accept as 1. Im uk guy brought up with Victorian moralistic views 2. Im new to scene so im trying to un sexualise the whole thing...and this is not helping lol.....

Yours thoughts?

Let the sun shine.

From a naturist standpoint the genitals of either men or women are just another part of the human anatomy. Like any other part of the body each is unique to that person. Once you have accepted the fact that we have what we are born with and are comfortable in your own body you will cease to be concerned about what people see or do not see depending on your body position.

In Germany as well as Austria they are somewhat less inhibited in the way they display their bodies but it does not mean that they are being either exhibitionists or provocative, that interpretation can only come from your own mind.

The one thing you have to appreciate for the most part is that a nude body is only a sexual object in your own mind, it is not sexually provocative just because it is nude.

When nude people socialise it is their body language that indicates their relationship towards each other. If someone wants to be provocative then they will put out signals just as in any other situation, however in most normal naturist situations that is not something that one would normally encounter and would probably be frowned upon if enacted in public.

There are other types of venues that cater for more intimately sexual activities.

Hi Paladin, It's something as a Brit you come to learn, then appreciate that the Europeans are far less hung up than back home. Having read a few of your recent posts I can see it's whole new world for you. Perhaps I'll end up to making reference to some of the other issues.
My wife isn't British either  (well not until the home office get stuff sorted) and see it different as well (She's Slovak, which is equally relaxed and has great Sauna's 😀 )

We Brit's recognise "naturism" more or make an issue of it, be it in the media or in person than the Europeans.  If we go to a sauna where clothes should be removed the British would say it's "ooowww errrr Naturist I couldn't go there...snigger snigger article in the tabloids etc.....

Where as the other nations just can't see why you would do some activities clothed, it's unhygienic, uncomfortable and err silly....

My wife doesn't consider herself to be Naturist..... She does love going to the sauna's and Spa facilities in Slovakia when we visit. Yes we do look for "naturist friendly" ones, because it's bloody uncomfortable in a wet costume.

We went a while back to one where only a few people were in but they had kept their costumes on, it was optional the attendant had said.

We lasted about 5 min's in ours before the wife said let get these off, so we stripped off and hung them on coat stand in the passage way... the textiles soon left thankfully 😉

This week we were in Fuerteventura , hotel has excellent German style (Naturist in British) Sauna, it was quiet so we used the towels for laying on and drying not covering ourselves up.
Wife would enter a room, lay the towel on the bench, and lay on her back, it's the natural and comfortable way to lay..... (as I did as well)....
So, her knees were bent and her legs were open giving a easy view of her vagina...... kind of naturally the way it happens....
Generally she doesn't cover up if someone walks in either...  okay a bunch of lads yes, but other genuine sauna users no real issues.
Neither did I, and she's never commented that I should cover up when other women are about.
We share the same view if you feel comfortable with it all there isn't a problem, lay comfortable....

While we were sitting in one room we could hear what sounded like a tap left running in the nearby shower.....  So the wife got up and walked from the room completely naked, across the open area to turn it off.

I actually like to see my wife naked in "public" not only does it make me feel proud and good we are sharing something, it also tells me she is feeling safe, relaxed and good, if the situation was uncomfortable I'm sure she and your partner would change position or cover up while needed.

My wife, it would seem Europeans, have a much better sense of a situation.
She doesn't mind people seeing here naked or even seeing her vagina if the situation is "normal" ....
For example she wouldn't take her bikini bottoms off in a naturist sun bed area in Grand Cannery a couple of years ago, as the row of old German men in front at our feet were too close and kept looking up, one smiled at her when she putting sun cream on her naked breasts... Bad situation.
But in Corsica we went naked on a beach, see laid near the waters edge, as in a sauna, on "full view"..how else would the sun reach new parts?? ;)...., an older couple were searching the waters edge looking for shells, both naked, the lady stopped the man kept searching and walking our way..... getting closer and closer, I too was thinking how will this go.....
My wife stayed relaxed in the sun and not bothered, legs remained open, the gentleman either didn't notice the view or wasn't bothered either.

I'm sure your other half is just as protective over her personal areas as you are and knows when it's best to cover them or not be worried by a showing when relaxing in the right company.

As in your other posts,  keep an eye out for the real bad guys for sure.... but in genuine situations let her relax freely and do the same.
